Private Workshops

In addition to being a photographer, I am also a professionally licensed educator.  One of my great passions in life is seeing the excitement and sense of accomplishment in students as they learn, demonstrate, then master new skills. This is equally true for helping other photographers advance in their craft.  

I currently am available for 1:1 or 2:1 workshops in the Pacific Northwest upon request. As of now I am not advertising set dates for future workshops. I prefer to work with each participant to settle on dates and locations which work best for them. If you are interested please reach out using the “Request Workshop” button below.

In the field workshops are hands down the most effective way to gain technical and compositional skills. Instruction during the workshop can easily be tailored to the experience level of the participant. Topics may range from the basics of using composition and light to create visual flow, to reading and responding to the current weather, to more advanced techniques such as focus stacking and exposure blends. Post-processing sessions can also be built into the agenda if desired.

Online Image PRocessing

Join me for online processing instruction! Each session covers the processing of an image from start to finish while demonstrating how I use various tools and techniques to create engaging images. My goal is to help you expand your processing tool kit to help fulfill your creative vision for your work. Each session will be recorded for easy review later.
